An elegantly renovated period residence in a private park, where you can relax in the evening after visiting Venice, or simply before or after your journey to or from Marco Polo airport. Ideal for visiting this beautiful territory.
We are at your complete disposal with our reception open 24 hours a day, to facilitate both late check-in and early check-out during the night. Our staff will help you organise your arrival and departure by booking the shuttle service to and from Venice Marco Polo airport at any time.

We have added an indoor swimming pool with 3 whirlpool areas, a sauna and a solarium with sunbeds in the internal courtyard. Ideal for recovering energy after a plane journey or a day in Venice.
Meetings and events
We are located just 800 metres from the airport, making Ca’ Tessera the perfect location for your business meetings. We can host meetings of up to 50 people, with a coffee break service. Our park is ideal for organising aperitifs or snacks, events and yoga sessions.
Useful info
- Check-in is from 12 noon.
- Check-out is until 11 am with the possibility of arranging a late check-out.
- The breakfast buffet is served from 6:00 am to 11:00 am.
- From 3:30 am to 6 am, we serve a small breakfast with coffee, fruit juice and a croissant.
- We accept small pets.
The farm
In our 25 irrigable and cultivable hectares of land, we produce a mixture of cereals, grain legumes and industrial horticultural crops, with extensive crop rotation - from three to five years.

The “Ca’ Tessera” Country Residence, located in no. 151 Via Triestina , Tessera, in the municipal area of Venice, is located between Via Triestina on the south side, Via Orlanda on the east side, Via Colombara on the north side and Via Cà Zorzi.
By plane
From Marco Polo airport, you can contact us at +39 041 5415522 and we will organise a shuttle service for you, available 24 hours a day, or we will give you all the information you need to reach us.
By train
By taking the number 15 bus from the Venice Mestre railway station, you can reach us in about 20 minutes. The “Triestina” bus stop is 5 minutes on foot from the farmhouse.
From the Venice Santa Lucia railway station, you can reach us in about 20 minutes by taking the number 5 bus from Piazzale Roma to the “Triestina” bus stop and then a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the farmhouse.
Alternatively, you can call us and we will organise a shuttle bus service for you.
By car
From the A4 motorway towards Venice (A57), exit at the Mestre (VE) motorway toll booth and take the A57 ring road for about 15 km; then take the “Airport” exit. After passing the Marco Polo airport, carry on for about 500 m and turn right into Via Triestina. After a further 500 m, you will find the farmhouse on the right.
From Trieste, take the E70 motorway towards Venice, take the “Airport” exit and, after about 500 m, turn right into Via Triestina. After a further 500 m, you will find the farmhouse on the right.
